We are a student-led marketing consultancy practice that prepares students for professional success, allowing them to develop their skills and portfolios. We seek out passion projects that unleash our creativity and allow us to gain real-world experience. We pursue opportunities where we can channel our enthusiasm to create value for our students and our clients. Overall, our agency aims to deliver strategic, research-based solutions to better reach the target market(s) of our clients.
Our Process
Initial Inquiry
An individual or organization expresses interest in partnering with us, or Labs may reach out to clients we’re interested in working with.
Project Brief Survey
We provide a brief intake form to gather key information about the project's needs and goals.
Project Review
Upon reviewing the survey responses, we ensure the project proposal aligns with our skill sets and interests. A preliminary Project Brief will be created, and talent will be arranged.
Project Brief Alignment Meeting
We host an initial meeting with the client to review and align on the Project Brief, including objectives, scope, timeline, and any budget considerations. This ensures mutual clarity before proceeding.
Project Planning
Once alignment is confirmed, we collaboratively build a detailed Project Plan outlining target dates, dependencies, key deliverables, and creative responsibilities.
Kick-Off & Activation
We conduct a formal kick-off meeting with the client to walk through the plan and set expectations for collaboration and communication.
Implementation & Optimization
Our team holds regular internal meetings to discuss the execution of creative solutions and the overall progress of the project. Our account director will then reach out to provide progress updates, address any concerns, and ensure steady progress.
Project Wrap-Up
We hold a final meeting where we review project outcomes and share key insights. We will also discuss potential opportunities for future collaborations and ensure all deliverables are finalized.
